Carnival Arts
From local street carnivals and school festivals, to presentations at The Mayor's Thames Festival and Notting Hill Carnival, The Creative Arts Company has worked in partnership with many of the leading UK carnival arts companies. Work has included the creation of carnival puppets, textile banners, dance sequences and samba music.
Textile Art
Ranging from screen-printing to decorative collage panels, The Creative Arts Company tailors their projects to the individual needs of the school or community group.
Photography
The Creative Arts Company offers workshops in photography and composition, often using environmental or architectural studies as a theme. Photographic projects in schools have also been expanded into exhibitions, slide-shows and printed materials such as newsletters or reports.
Music
The Creative Arts Company offers recording services, training and consultancy and has access to some of the top recording studios, music producers, songwriters and musicians in London.
To encourage young people to create their own music, we highly recommend the Music Technology Workbook. This book enables students and teachers to get the best possible results from a MIDI sequencing and audio recording package, providing step-by-step activities for classroom-based and independent project work, covering the skills and techniques used in modern music production.
